negmas.outcomes.dict2outcome(d, issues)

Converts the outcome to a tuple no matter what was its type

Parameters:

• d (UnionType[dict[str, Any], tuple, None]) – the dictionary to be converted

• issues (tuple[str | Issue, ...]) – A list of issues or issue names (as strings) to order the tuple

Return type:

Optional[tuple]

Remarks:

• If called with a tuple outcome, it will issue a warning
